How to export Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) transactions to CSV
Step-by-step instructions to download your transaction history for use with Prosperi.
Steps
- 1Access your CIBC online banking account
- 2In the left navigation panel, find "My Accounts" and click on "Download Transactions"
- 3Choose your account from the available dropdown options
- 4Set your preferred date range
- 5From the "Financial management software" menu, choose "CSV"
- 6Press "Download Transactions" to begin the export
- 7Save the file to your Desktop or preferred folder. The file will include a ".csv" extension.
- 8We recommend you rename the file indicating the type (credit, chequing etc) and the date range for organization
Pro tips
- • Download 3–6 months of data at a time for best results.
- • Make sure to select "CSV" format (not PDF or QFX).
- • Rename the file with the account type and date range (e.g.
td-chequing-2025-01.csv) for organization.
